He has run Glenbrook Farm since 2012, when his father, Brian, stepped back from the historic family enterprise. With sharp business instincts, Ben has strengthened the family legacy, transforming Glenbrook into one of Kent’s leading farming properties. In 2025, he set his sights on expansion and developed a new line of jams, condiments, sauces, and dressings using family recipes that are sold through the newly built Glenbrook Farm Shop, marking the beginning of Glenbrook’s evolution from a traditional farm into a thriving privately held company.

Beneath Ben’s easy smile and cheeky dimples lies a man shaped by hardship. His childhood was overshadowed by his father’s volatile temper – a period he rarely speaks about and would rather forget. In 2016, he met London-born Rebecca Williams during a night out in Maidstone, and a whirlwind romance quickly led to marriage. Their twins, Oliver and Poppy, arrived in 2018, but the relationship soon unravelled under the strain of constant arguments and Rebecca’s struggle to cope with the relentless demands of parenthood. The marriage ended in divorce, leaving Ben to raise their children on his own.
